Registration is now closed for the 2022 Southern Region Mini Land-Grant Meeting.

Fee Structure and Deadlines:

  • Conference Registration: March 11 – April 17
    • $650
  • Late Registration: April 18 – May 6 
    • $685
  • Guest Registration
    • $175
  • Optional Tour
    • $90

Registration Inclusions:

  • Conference Attendee Registration: The registration fee provides full participation in the conference, meals delineated on the agenda including breakfasts, morning breaks, lunches, afternoon breaks and Monday Welcome Reception, Tuesday Evening Dinner, and Wednesday Evening Closing Dinner (dinners to include 2 drink tickets).
  • Guest: The guest fee includes meals and 2 drink tickets at the Monday Welcome Reception, Tuesday Evening Dinner, and Wednesday Evening Closing Dinner.
  • Tour: The tour fee includes bussing, lunch, and tours of educational programs at Prairie View A&M University and Texas A&M University.

Refund Policy: 

  • All refund requests must be received in writing to rebecca.oneal@ag.tamu.edu by May 7, 2022. A processing fee of 50% will be deducted from all refunds (registration or tours). After May 7, no refunds will be issued.
